A special dedication service for the Gerhard Cabin was held on May 5, 2008. The cabin was put to use a month later on June 5, the first week of summer camp. For ten days in August, the ELCA website featured the Gerhard Cabin on its front page. We are walking the talk as we model new construction technology and minimize our impact on God's creation.
