What is Homeschool Adventures?
Homeschool Adventures: a weekly theme-based outdoor adventure for ages 6-11.
- Covers Core subjects including Reading, Writing, Math, and Science
- Learn and explore outdoors every Tuesday on a monthly basis.
o Topics are engaging, fun, and experiential
o On-going program that builds through the year (September-May).
o Student input is welcome and encouraged. - Drop off your students ready to jump in at 9:15 a.m. Pick them up at 1:45 p.m.
- Bring a snack and pack a lunch (active explorers get hungry!).
Led by our highly qualified staff:
- Alison Wergin: Certified Outdoor Educator, First Aid/CPR Certified
- Ashley Fields: Bachelor of Science in Biology, First Aid/CPR Certified
- Krista Roa: ACE Ed Director, Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management, First Aid/CPR/Wilderness First Aid Certified.
When are Homeschool Adventures?
- Lessons are outdoors from September - May (except December).
- Four Tuesdays a month on a weekly basis.
- (The majority of the day will be outdoors; this program is not weather dependent!)
What is the cost?
- $175.00 per month per child
Discount for multiple children from same family:Four weekly sessions each month.
- Minimum number of participants: 10
- Maximum number of participants: 15
