Meet Our Next Executive Director!
Dear Agapé Kure Beach Ministries community,
We have news to share, and we couldn’t be more excited!
At our Board meeting on January 24th, our Board of Directors unanimously voted to name Thomas Reddinger as our next Executive Director. Thomas will join us on March 4th, and we believe he’s exactly the leader our ministry needs for this moment.
For those of you who’ve been with us through this journey—a lengthy search process, the periods of uncertainty, and many transitions—thank you. Your faithfulness and support have sustained this ministry, and we’re grateful beyond words.
Thomas brings 25 years of outdoor ministry experience and a genuine passion for the kind of transformational experiences that happen at camp. What struck our search team most wasn’t just his impressive résumé, though—it was his heart. He understands why this work matters. He knows that outdoor ministry isn’t just about activities and programs; it’s about creating space where people encounter God in creation and community.
If you’ve been part of Agapé Kure Beach Ministries as a camper, a staff member, a volunteer, a donor, a partner congregation, or a friend cheering us on, you’re part of why we’re still here. And you’re part of the exciting chapter we’re about to begin.
