This program is the perfect way for your 2nd to 5th grader to experience a full week of camp for the first time, without having to worry about staying overnight. They’ll enjoy the best of what we have to offer: music, games, crafts, nature, swim time, and caring counselors who help them grow, make friends, and explore their faith in new ways each day. We can’t wait!

Overnight Camps

Overnight camp is all about having fun in small groups, with each cabin having 6 to 8 campers and a counselor. Campers can expect a day full of cool activities that fit their age, like swimming, hiking, checking out nature, singing, telling stories, doing skits, hanging out by the campfire, and even some worship time. There's also a chance to try new things, get crafty, hit the archery range, paddle around in a canoe, play some games or GaGa Ball, and maybe even sleep under the stars. The best part? Campers get to chill with a fantastic counselor and soak up God's love in this awesome spot.

Led by a team of Agapé counselors, local church leaders and musicians, Music Camp provides an opportunity for 7th to 10 graders, with some musical experience, to cultivate new skills in Christian music leadership. They’ll learn the role of music in worship, how to collaborate as musicians, and a variety of songs to share at the end of the week!

*NOTE: Campers must complete an application as part of the registration process, and if accepted, are responsible for bringing their own instruments and equipment to camp.

Registration will open in mid-late October.

Night Owls

7th - 12th grades

Love camp but want to turn things upside down? At Night Owls, campers will enjoy familiar camp activities such as hiking, zip-lining, Capture the Farm Animal, and more, all during the dark of night. They’ll experience special nighttime games and glow-in-the-dark activities, learn about stars and constellations, and stay up later and later throughout the week, all while exploring their faith and building relationships. They’ll leave camp ready to be a light!

High School!

10th - 12th grades

High School: 10th - 12th grades

High School Camp transforms our usual camp experience into something even more life-changing; campers will enjoy all of their favorite camp activities, such as archery and zip-lining, while also learning about what it means to be a servant leader and Christian role model at camp and beyond. They’ll embark on an epic off-site river tubing adventure, perform multiple service projects, and explore their faith more deeply alongside our young adult counselors.

Staff In Training (SITs)

10th - 13th grades

SIT Leaders: 10th - 13th grades

Interested in working at Agapé someday? The SIT Leaders program gives your camper the opportunity to learn and experience what it means to be a part of the staff community that makes camp happen. They'll learn about our mission and goals as an organization, what it's like to work on our summer staff, and valuable leadership skills they can use at camp and beyond (and they’ll still do many of their favorite camp activities, too!). This includes returning for a second week of camp to work closely alongside a counselor or the support staff. All applicants must interview with our Program Director as part of the registration process.

Campership Assistance

Financial concerns are never a good reason for denying a child the opportunity to experience the Spirit of God, in a unique place apart, under the careful supervision of a committed Christian young adult (counselor). It is our policy that no camper be turned away from a camp experience due to the lack of financial means. The David L. Castor Campership Fund exists to help make camp affordable.

To request campership assistance, complete the Campership Form found in your registration portal. We will do what we can to make sure everyone can attend a week of camp.
